I create fantasy concept art and illustrations!
My work ranges from elves in fancy castles to dragons flying over rolling landscapes. My aim is to capture the subject in a whimsical and believable way guaranteed to hit that "Cool!" factor.
I have a sketchy and colorful style with a good grasp on lighting forms. I draw humans, humanoids, furries, creatures, monsters, animals, and everything in between.

Terms of Service

General information and rules regarding my digital art commissions.

  • By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service.

  • I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.

  • The client must maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process. Disrespectful or otherwise inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Failure to comply with the ToS will result in the commissioned art being discontinued without refund at my discretion. I will not work with you again if this happens.

Payment & Refunds

  • I charge $25 USD an hour. Prices are estimates based on completion time of past work.

  • Special commission types such as your character here's, holiday themed templates, live drawings, and more will often have their own set price listed.

  • For commission requests hosted on VGen or Ko-Fi, the price and payments will be displayed and paid through those sites. I prioritize requests hosted on these sites.

  • For custom commission inquiries, the total cost will be dependent on how long the piece took multiplied by my hourly charge. I require an up-front deposit through PayPal invoices before work begins. CashApp or Venmo may also be used.

  • I will give you an estimated time frame and cost for your request based on the complexity and subject. Pricing will vary.

Refunds

  • Full refunds are only given if no work has been started when you cancel. Please ensure you are financially able to commission me before making a request. I do not refund commissions once I start working.

  • Partial refunds are only from my end in the case I am unable to finish the artwork. ( injury, broken equipment, etc.)

Process

  • Provide all reference material at the start. This includes Toyhou.se links, drawings, screenshots, mood boards, face claims, and text descriptions you deem important! I like to have a full visual library of the character and all their small details so that I can depict them accurately.

  • I work at 3300x2550 pixel canvas at 300ppi. I export my art as a .PNG. If you would like a specific canvas size/dimension, let me know! Larger canvas sizes (above 4800 pixels) run slow, so I will not work at a larger size than that. Anything below 1080 pixels will suffer a low resolution.

  • Tell me BEFORE you pay me if you need the piece done by a certain date! My work flow varies with the season and I may be busy with holidays, festivals, or volunteering.

  • I will send several screenshots of the art throughout the process. This is when you should give me FEEDBACK. I generally won't make changes to the line art once I start coloring. I won't drastically change colors once I start adding the lighting.

  • Ask questions and request any revisions you want ASAP! Once I am out of an art stage, I will not make any revisions. Include as much detail as possible. Don't sugar coat anything, and feel free to red line my art if I'm just not hitting the right shapes! I want to deliver something that satisfies you.

Copyright Usage

You, as the client, are paying for my artistic services; not the art itself. I exclusively own all rights to any art or designs I create unless we have a contract.
Personal Use - Yes! You may use the art for any individual & non-commercial purposes.
Monetized Content - Limited use. You may use my art as branding on monetized social media platforms for banners, profile pictures, emotes, flier backgrounds, and similar! Tag me @lunamoth505 if I have an account on your platform or link my Carrd site! https://lunamoth505.carrd.co
Commercial Merchandizing - I do not allow commercial merchandising of the commissioned work. You are not permitted to use any of my art for commercial purposes without a signed contract. Do not redistribute the commissioned work with the intent of profit.
Other
My art, character designs, and stories may never be used to train Generative AI, Chat Bots, or any other AI.
I do not support NFTs and will never permit my art be used for this purpose.

I may post or use commissioned art for my commission advertisements and other monetized products. Advertisements are for my commissions, events, general social media, and in my portfolio. NDAs for commissioned art incur a 25% fee.
